Preatoni Tower—previously known as Dubai Star Tower—is a striking 45–46‑storey mixed‑use high-rise in Cluster L of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), in Al Thanyah Fifth. Originally launched in the mid‑2000s and stalled during the 2009 financial crisis, the project was acquired and completed by Preatoni Property Group, with construction finalized in late 2018 and handovers starting Q1 2019 

The tower houses approximately 554 units, including studios, 1‑ and 2‑bedroom apartments, as well as office spaces and ground‑floor retail. Residential floors include 13 apartments per floor on levels 1–39, and luxury 4–5 bedroom units on floors 40–44.
