Real Estate Professional – International Investor Division

• Real Estate Professional – International Investor Division • Full Time • Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular client contact through scheduled meetings and update calls.
  • Promote projects through private meetings, public events, and industry forums.
  • Handle enquiries and conclude sales through structured client qualification and advisory best practices.
  • Meet and exceed sales target KPIs.
  • Monitor market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Keep up to date with potential new projects and assist the Head of Prime Residential in identifying opportunities.
  • Ensure property viewings and marketing suite visits are conducted professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in organising local and international events and promotional initiatives.
  • Support project campaign planning and sales initiatives.
  • Identify key connectors and referral partners to generate awareness and drive sales.
  • Act as the representative of assigned projects while upholding Chainex Real Estate’s professional values and ethics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and new developments.
  • Progress sales by coordinating with buyers and developers to ensure timely SPA execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support cross-selling opportunities and client solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking and transaction records in line with RERA regulations.
  • Use standardized company documentation when reporting to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations, customer due diligence, and anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Build long-term trust, confidentiality, and professional relationships with clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role with proven residential sales success in the UAE or internationally.
  • Strong knowledge of regional real estate markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for delegated tasks.
  • Comfortable speaking publicly or presenting at events.
  • Flexible working schedule when required to meet business needs.
  • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
  • Strong computer and technology skills (CRM and internal systems).

Certifications & Licenses:

  • RERA Card required
  • UAE driving license required

Software:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Polish | Russian | Romanian | Czech | Hungarian | Serbian

Travel:

  • Flexible attitude towards travelling
