Sulafa Tower, developed by Al Sayyah & Sons Investment Co. LLC and constructed by TAV Construction, is a 75–81 storey residential skyscraper completed in 2010, standing approximately 285–288 m tall, making it one of Dubai Marina’s tallest residential towers

The tower includes approximately 700+ residential units across 1‑, 2‑, and 3‑bedroom configurations. Apartments range from ~739 sq ft for 1 BR up to ~1,919 sq ft for 3 BR units and include built-in wardrobes, balconies, and open-plan layouts

Amenities encompass a gym, swimming pool (noted as small in resident reviews), sauna, Jacuzzi, children’s play area, business centre, concierge services, and secure underground parking (approx. 718 spaces) served by nine elevators (eight high‑speed + one cargo lift)

Despite premium positioning, the tower has had multiple fire incidents (notably July 2016 and February 2025), plus resident reports of poor maintenance, pests, parking congestion, and aggressive new surveillance/security implementations following incidents
