Experienced Commercial Real Estate Professional

• Commercial and Business Advisory • Full Time • Dubai ,UAE

Responsibilities

  • Source, list, and transact commercial properties including offices, retail units, warehouses, and mixed-use assets.
  • Advise business owners, corporate clients, and investors on commercial acquisitions, disposals, and leasing strategies.
  • Maintain regular client contact through scheduled meetings, site visits, and update calls.
  • Develop and grow a commercial client portfolio through networking, referrals, and business development activity.
  • Conduct market research and provide clients with data-driven property recommendations and valuations.
  • Negotiate commercial lease and sale agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and developer teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Meet and exceed commercial sales and leasing KPIs set by the Head of Commercial.
  • Monitor market trends, new supply, and demand dynamics across Dubai’s commercial submarkets.
  • Represent Chainex Real Estate at industry events, business forums, and networking functions.
  • Prepare professional proposals, tenancy documentation, and client reports to company standards.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA, Dubai Land Department, and relevant commercial regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the residential and investment divisions to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and pipeline reporting using CRM and internal systems.
  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and business clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the Head of Commercial.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, business brokerage, or a related advisory role in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of successful commercial sales or leasing transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s commercial real estate market, free zones, and business districts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to understand business needs and match them to suitable property solutions.
  • Confident and capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and professional standards in all client-facing deliverables.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior business decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Flexible working schedule when required to meet client and business needs.
  • Solid understanding of Dubai’s regulatory environment, free zone structures, and commercial lease frameworks.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Certifications & Requirements

RERA Card Required
UAE Driving License Required
Software Proficient in Microsoft Office • CRM systems
Languages Fluency in English required • Arabic or additional languages advantageous
Travel Flexible attitude towards local and international travel
