Off-Plan Sales Specialist

• Division Developer Sales & Off-Plan Division • Full Time • Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

  • Represent and actively sell off-plan developer projects across Dubai’s prime and emerging communities.
  • Qualify and engage buyers, investors, and referral partners to match them with suitable off-plan opportunities.
  • Attend developer launches, sales events, roadshows, and promotional forums locally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers through networking, digital outreach, and referral management.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive project briefings including payment plans, ROI projections, handover timelines, and developer credentials.
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure timely access to project materials, floor plans, pricing updates, and availability.
  • Guide clients through the full off-plan purchase process from reservation through to SPA execution.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA off-plan regulations, DLD requirements, and Chainex internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, reservations, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team off-plan sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the International Investor Division to present off-plan opportunities to overseas buyers.
  • Stay up to date with new project launches, developer incentives, and market pricing across Dubai.
  • Provide regular pipeline and sales progress reports to the Head of Off-Plan Advisory.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales in the UAE with a proven track record.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market, key developers, master communities, and payment plan structures.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present complex investment opportunities clearly and compellingly.
  • Strong networking ability and an existing book of investor and buyer contacts is highly advantageous.
  • Experience attending and presenting at developer launches, roadshows, and international investor events.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently within a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and professional standards in all client interactions.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate client needs and event schedules.
  • Understanding of RERA off-plan regulations, Oqood registration, and DLD transaction processes.

UAE Driving License Required
Software Microsoft Office • CRM Systems
Languages Fluency in English required • Arabic or additional languages advantageous
Travel Flexible — local and international roadshows required
