Vestoria Bay

Vestoria Bay by Ahmadyar Developments is a boutique complex designed for those who appreciate aesthetics, privacy and a resort-like waterfront lifestyle. The residential project is located on one of the most promising corner plots of Dubai Islands, where urban vibrancy and natural tranquillity meet. The architecture of the 8-storey building was designed by Valcarce Architects. The graceful lines of the wave-like façade and tiered balconies are reminiscent of dunes and the surf line, the interior space is filled with light and air, and the overall aesthetic is restrained and tactile. The tower resembles a gentle sea wave frozen on the foreshore.
