Damac Towers By Paramount

DAMAC Towers by Paramount is a distinguished mixed-use development situated in the vibrant Business Bay district of Dubai. This expansive complex comprises four towers, each reaching a height of 268.1 meters (879 feet) and featuring 69 floors. Developed through a collaboration between DAMAC Properties and Paramount Hotels & Resorts, the project was finalized in 2018.

The towers are interconnected by a multi-level plaza that offers a variety of amenities, including themed restaurants and bars, event spaces, a screening room, fitness centers, swimming pools, a children’s club, and retail outlets featuring Paramount-branded merchandise. One of the towers houses the Paramount Hotel Dubai, providing 823 rooms with designs inspired by Paramount’s cinematic legacy. The other three towers offer 1,140 residential units, comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
