DD Central Boulevard

Burj Khalifa, developed by Emaar Properties, is the world’s tallest building standing at 829.8 m (2,717 ft) with 163 floors. Construction started in 2004 and it officially opened on January 4, 2010 as the iconic centerpiece of Downtown Dubai, formerly called Burj Dubai 

While the building houses luxury hotel accommodations (Armani Hotel), corporate offices, and public attractions, it also includes approximately 900 residential units — ranging from studios to four-bedroom Armani and Duplex Residence apartments. Prices historically began from around 2.29 million AED for studios up to 100 million AED for premium units like Armani Towers .

The Boulevard Central Towers sit adjacent to Burj Khalifa along Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard — both Tower 1 and Tower 2 are Emaar residential buildings with 22 to 24 storeys, featuring studios, 1–3 BR units, and some commercial podium levels .

Residences offer panoramic views of Burj Khalifa, high-speed elevators, gym, swimming pools, retail on podiums, 24/7 security, kids’ play areas, and covered parking, emphasizing luxury yet mid-market pricing compared to Armani-branded residences .
