Burj Azizi

Burj Azizi is an ambitious megatall skyscraper under construction by Azizi Developments, poised to become Dubai’s—and the world’s—second tallest building upon completion. Standing at a proposed height of 725 meters (2,379 feet) with 133 floors, it will surpass Kuala Lumpur’s Merdeka 118 and rival the Burj Khalifa in scale. Located along Sheikh Zayed Road in the Trade Centre First district, Burj Azizi will redefine Dubai’s skyline and urban experience.

The tower’s design emphasizes luxury and innovation, featuring a vertical mall spanning seven floors, a 7-star all-suite hotel inspired by seven cultural themes, luxury residences, penthouses, and holiday homes. Notable amenities include the world’s highest observation deck on level 130, the highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, and the highest restaurant in Dubai on level 122. Additional facilities encompass wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, and children’s play areas.
