Iliyaa 5

Iliyaa 5 is a 13-storey residential building currently under development in Majan, a sub-community within Wadi Al Safa 3, DubaiLand, Dubai. The project is owned by Abdalkarim Abdulmajeed Shahada Abu Daqqa. Construction commenced in July 2023, and the building is expected to be completed within the year. ​
