Burj Place was a proposed 55-storey luxury residential tower by Emaar Properties, located adjacent to Burj Khalifa and within walking distance to Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain. The project was designed to enhance Downtown Dubai’s skyline with premium apartments offering city, lake, and boulevard views. However, despite the strategic location and original promise, the project was ultimately cancelled. No residential units were officially released to market, and the site was later repurposed for other developments like The Address Sky View.
