Rawda Plaza

Rawda Plaza, located in Al Thanyah First, Dubai, is a residential development initiated in November 2016. The project commenced construction in 2018, with Rashed Bin Darwish Al Ketbi as the developer, Emirates Innovation Engineering Consultants as the architectural consultant, and Gulf Precast Concrete Company as the building contractor. ​
