The Ivy

The Ivy is a contemporary 20-storey residential tower located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai. Developed by Metrical Developments, this high-rise building offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, totaling 228 units. The project was completed in July 2024, with construction having commenced in February 2022.

Designed with modern living in mind, The Ivy incorporates smart home technology across all units. Residents benefit from a range of amenities, including a children’s swimming pool, co-working spaces, gymnasiums, and a main swimming pool. The building also features four podium levels dedicated to parking.
