The Wind Tower I

Wind Tower I (The Wind Tower 1) is a mixed-use 37–38‑storey high-rise in Cluster B of JLT, developed by Habn Real Estate Development in partnership with DMCC/Nakheel master planning. Though originally launched in the mid‑2000s, the complex faced prolonged delays and was only recently finalized—with construction restarting around 2023 and expected completion by December 2026

It features a mix of studios, 1‑BR and 2‑BR apartments, as well as high-end duplex units, 3‑BR and 4‑BR penthouses with optional rooftop gardens and private pool access. Unit sizes begin at ~500 sq ft and scale up significantly for penthouses (~5,391 sq ft) 

Amenities include temperature-controlled indoor/outdoor pools, a gym, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, kids’ play areas, sun decks, concierge service, covered parking, and high-speed lifts
