Windsor House

Windsor House is a new residential project by boutique developer Ellington Properties, located in the fast-growing Dubai South district, just minutes from Expo City and Al Maktoum International Airport.
Phase 1 of the development includes two mid-rise buildings (10 floors each) with a total of approximately 415 units. The available layouts include studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as 2-bedroom units with a study.

The apartments are designed with Ellington’s signature aesthetics, featuring high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan layouts, and premium materials in warm, neutral tones. The buildings are set on a landscaped podium with direct access to a retail promenade, and offer a well-balanced mix of residential comfort and everyday convenience.

The total master plan covers two plots and four buildings, with a combined total of 830 units. Phase 1 is currently open for reservation.
