D1 Tower is an iconic 80‑storey residential skyscraper developed by ENSHAA PSC (in collaboration with Dubai Properties Group and Emirates Sunland Group), situated along Dubai Creek in the Culture Village area of Al Jadaf 

. Construction began in November 2006 and the building was completed by June 2015, with handovers starting mid‑2015 

The tower houses approximately 526–528 luxury units, ranging from studios to 5‑bedroom apartments and 7‑bedroom penthouses, with built-up areas between ~600 sq ft and nearly 9,650 sq ft 

. Its distinctive timber canopy is inspired by traditional dhow ship nets, and the tower’s layered glass façade offers elegant visual layering against Dubai Creek
