Dusit Emirates Saray

Dusit Emirates Saray is a luxury resort and residential complex located on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah (Marsa Dubai). Developed by Al Osaimi Real Estate Investments in partnership with Dusit International, the project was officially launched in June 2012 (Project No. 633), and reached 100% completion by March 30, 2016.

This ultra-luxury mixed-use development spans approximately 1 million sq ft and includes three distinct components under the “Dusit Emirates Saray – Hotel Resorts & Residences” brand:

• Dusit Devarana – a seven‑star Indian-themed hotel with 116 rooms and suites plus spa.
• Dusit Thani – a five-star Moroccan-themed resort with 292 rooms, three lagoon pools, standalone chalets and F&B outlets.
• The Residence – 178 freehold luxury residential units (townhouses, 3‑BR apartments, and penthouses), many with private pools or terraces

Set along the iconic Palm crescent, the residences enjoy panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and exterior amenities including watersports, themed restaurants, and spa facilities. The project elevates Palm Jumeirah’s hospitality offering under Dusit’s management.
