Burj Khalifa, developed by Emaar Properties, stands as the world’s tallest building at 828 metres (2,716.5 ft) with 163 floors  . Designed by Adrian Smith of SOM, its Y‑shaped geometry draws inspiration from the Hymenocallis flower, providing structural stability and stunning aesthetics  The tower is a vertical city integrating Armani Hotel, luxury Armani Residences, corporate suites, and 900 residential apartments (studios to 4‑bedroom) spanning levels 19–108

Burj Khalifa is the most exclusive and highly coveted residential place in the world. This huge skyscraper is located in the heart of the city, commonly known as the ‘Center of Now’. Standing tall as a notable landmark, it is also a top tourist attraction in Dubai. Downtown serves as a focal point for Dubai, creating a real connection between the tower and the neighborhood. It is entitled to the status of holding at least 10,000 people at any given time and supporting 35,000 people in the building alone. The Dubai Metro, a popular public transport system in the city, stops at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa metro station. It further connects to Emaar Square and other popular areas. From station services, the F13 bus stops along Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Boulevard all through downtown. Since it is the tourist centre of the city, there are taxis in the area at any time.
