Isolana Residences by Hayaat Developments is a boutique residential complex on Dubai Islands, surrounded by green parks and coastal infrastructure. The name is formed from the Italian ‘isola’, meaning ‘island’, and ‘lana’, symbolising softness and harmony. It is a kind of game of words that reflects the concept of the complex: as if an invitation to find a place of peace and inspiration on an island.

Isolana Residences is Hayaat Developments’ debut project on the property market in Dubai. One of the region’s most renowned architects, Tony Ashai, was involved in the design of the exteriors. His signature style is captured in the ‘dancing’ balconies, which echo the movement of the wind. The façades are in soft beige and sandy shades with an interchange of stone and glass. Due to the end-to-end symmetry and work with perspective, the building seems both dynamic and monumental simultaneously. The interiors look like a cosy and quiet oasis. The spacious lobby with 6 metre high ceilings features a courtyard with a ‘sky well’ and panoramic glass lifts.

Property at Isolana Residences on Dubai Islands is represented by a limited collection of 71 residences, emphasising the exclusivity and privacy of the project. On offer are 1-3 bedroom apartments and just four 4-bedroom penthouses with spacious terraces and private plunge pools. The living space ranges from 769 sqft (71 m²) to 4,152 sqft (386 m²). The interiors are designed with an emphasis on tactility, utilising Blanco Casa Vena Oro marble, wood, warm tones, structural plaster, textured panels and minimalist recessed lighting. Apartments at Isolana Residences by Hayaat Developments are available unfurnished but with fully equipped kitchens including branded German appliances and pull-out panels to transform the space. Townhouses at Isolana Residences are optionally complemented with a study, dressing room and/or maid’s room.

The project’s infrastructure is a full-fledged lifestyle ecosystem. On a dedicated floor, there is an infinity pool overlooking the parkland surrounding the complex from three sides, a children’s club with indoor and outdoor play spaces, a spa complex with sauna and yoga studio, and a padel court for active leisure enthusiasts.
