Palm Jebel Ali – Frond N

The original concept for Palm Jebel Ali included six marinas, a water theme park, a ‘Sea Village’, homes built on stilts above the water, and boardwalks circling the fronds, spelling out an Arabic poem by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. While some features were modified or removed during the redesign, the vision for a mixed-use community combining residential, commercial, and recreational spaces remains intact. The Fronds of Palm Jebel Ali are intended to offer luxurious waterfront villas with private beaches, providing residents with a serene and exclusive living environment.
