U-Bora Towers

U-Bora Towers is a dual-component mixed-use complex in Cluster A of Business Bay, comprising the U-Bora Commercial Tower (Tower 1)—a 58-storey high-rise of Grade‑A offices—and the U-Bora Residential Tower (Tower 2), a 15–16 storey residential building. Developed by Bando Engineering & Construction, designed by Aedas, and completed in 2011, the complex features a shared 4-level retail and parking podium with terraced gardens 

Tower 1 offers panoramic views over the lake or canal, flexible office floorplates (740–17,000 sq ft), direct access to public transport and Sheikh Zayed / Al Khail roadways. Tower 2 houses studios, 1‑, 2‑, and 3‑bed apartments with smart-living tech, balconies, and canal or city vistas
